V-Raw: Getting Ahead in the Creative Industry 20th May 2009

V-Raw is an Australian initiative run by Frucor for V Energy Drink. The idea is simple, V-Raw gives motivated young people the opportunity to work in creative roles within music, TV, fashion, design and gaming.

The placement providing partners include Channel [V], Modular Records, The Glue Society, Universal Music, Lifelounge and Frost* Design. All companies that any self-respecting young person wants on their resume.

To launch the campaign, V Energy Drink have commisoned an original song and video from the Bumblebeez called 'Misfit'. A'la My Drive Thru, the video and track will be distributed like a normal release (but available for free) and become the key creative in the ATL advertising.

Promotions and competitions are an awesome way of engaging young people, V-Raw offers a prize which potentially opens the winners up to whole different life. V-Raw really has to be applauded, it has more youth marketing ticks than a stray dog.
